We’re so excited to invite you to our Winter Retreat 2026, happening January 9–11, 2026!

REGISTRATION DETAILS
- Cost: $250 per person
- Deadline: December 15, 2025
- Cancellation Policy: A 25% fee applies if cancelled within 10 days of the retreat (after January 1, 2026).
➡️ Each person must register and pay individually.
HOUSING DETAILS
- Groups: Each group will stay in separate buildings, with rooms of 3–4 people.
- Parents with Small Children (under 5): A dedicated family building is available, fitting up to 16 people. It includes its own living room, kitchen, and play area.
ACTIVITIES INCLUDED
Your registration fee includes access to:
- Tubing Hill (tubes provided)
- Skating rink
- Broomball
- 1.8 km hiking trail (plus access to 35 km of local trails)
- Snowshoes
- Cross-country skiing
- Snow Kicks
CHURCH RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promotion & Recruitment: Each church is responsible for promoting the retreat within their congregation and recruiting participants.
- Transportation: Each church is responsible for arranging their own rides/lifts to and from the retreat
