** You need to have completed the Coaching 100 training and have had some practice. **

Learn to become a creative and courageous coach

Our desire is that no worker does ministry alone. This coaching program was created to develop coaches in the context of church and ministry. Coaching helps address the challenges, questions, and issues leaders may face, while equipping them to be more effective in their responsibilities, ministry, and calling. You will also have the opportunity, if you wish, to become a certified coach.

This training will take place at Manoir d’Youville in Châteauguay and will be offered as follows:

• Thursday, October 16, 2025, starting at 9:00 a.m. (full day)
• Friday, October 17, 2025, starting at 9:00 a.m. (departure after supper)

The 200-level training (the second of two parts) will cover topics such as:

• Review of Coaching 100
• The difference between descriptive and creative coaching
• Learn to become a courageous coach
• Introduction to life coaching
• Tools for life coaching
• Hands-on coaching practices

Options:

• Registration with accommodation (available until September 25, 2025)
• Registration without accommodation (available until October 9, 2025)
