The annual event for youth leaders and committee members is back in 2025, under the theme PASSIONATE.
A youth leader is expected to be passionate; passionate about God, passionate about young people, passionate about ministry. But what is true passion, the kind that is alive and authentic, the kind that honors God, the kind that moves away from the religious clichés of the young “leader on fire,” but is deep, solid, and sustainable over the long term? And what if this passion gradually fades away, due to fatigue, disappointment, or injury? How can we avoid overdoing it and ensure that it doesn’t depend on personality, expectations, or a ministry and its results?
Worship, preaching, several workshops, personal testimonies, concrete tools, inspiration, lots of fun and connections in the program.
