Whatever she does prospers.” \nKey idea: We can flourish and bear fruit no matter the season we are in by being rooted in Christ. \n\nAbout the Speaker: Roxanne Lachapelle \nAlthough originally from Saint-Jérôme\, Quebec\, Roxanne discovered her calling to pastoral ministry while studying at Master’s College & Seminary in Toronto. \nAn Ordained Minister with the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada\, she has led youth and young adult ministries in Ontario and Quebec for over fifteen years. Presently\, she serves as Executive Assistant at the Quebec District\, supporting leadership and guiding church leaders in administrative matters. DESCRIPTION:Curiosity- and listening-based learning to support leaders in reaching their full potential \nThis training will take place for the very first time in Kingston\, Ontario at Donald Gordan Hotel & Conference centre and will be offered as follows: \n\nThursday\, April 9th\, 2026\, starting at 9:00 a.m. (full day)\nFriday\, April 10th\, 2026\, starting at 9:00 a.m. (departure after supper)\n\nOur desire is that no worker does ministry alone. This coaching program was created to develop coaches in the context of church and ministry. Coaching helps address the challenges\, questions\, and issues leaders may face\, while equipping them to be more effective in their responsibilities\, ministry\, and calling.
