Coaching can be useful during a season of ministerial transition, to establish a new project, address a recurring challenge, or simply to be more effective in ministry.<\/p>

Caroline is lead pastor at l\u2019\u00c9glise Le Carrefour in Sherbrooke and national coordinator for Quebec and the French-speaking communities of Canada with Mission Canada. Caroline holds a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Theology (Institut Biblique du Qu\u00e9bec) and a Master\u2019s degree in Leadership (Trinity Western University), and has been a certified life, leadership and business coach since 2018. She is currently pursuing a Master\u2019s degree in Ministry and Business to support the development of innovative initiatives within the Church.<\/p>

Her expertise includes leadership development, strategic planning, supporting pastors and leaders during times of transition, and preventing burnout in ministry. Caroline is visionary, strategic and communicates with clarity and dynamism. Assistant pastor at Ahuntsic Christian Church and certified coach since 2024, Michelle supports people who want to live their lives with purpose, clarity and faith. Trained in theology at Bath and involved in preaching and children’s ministries, she has a deeply human vision: every individual can grow, rise and bear fruit when they choose to honour God in their journey.<\/p>

Michelle works professionally as a BIM manager, a role focused on digital transformation and strategic management. This experience informs her coaching practice, providing a structured, solution-oriented and resolutely action-focused perspective. For her, ‘managing your life’ means making progress with clarity, courage and responsibility while staying true to your values.<\/p>

She has been an entrepreneur since 2025 and also runs SoftMe, a body and home care company where she combines creativity, well-being and excellence. Her entrepreneurial experience has given her a deeper understanding of the personal and professional challenges her coachees face.<\/p>

Roxanne, originally from Saint-J\u00e9r\u00f4me, Quebec, discovered her calling to pastoral ministry while studying at Master\u2019s College & Seminary in Toronto.<\/span><\/p>

An Ordained Minister with the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada, she has served in youth and young adult ministry in Ontario and Quebec for over fifteen years. She currently serves as Executive Assistant for the Quebec District, where she supports district leadership and assists pastors and church leaders with administrative matters.<\/span><\/p>

Roxanne also serves as a pastor, mentor, conference speaker, worship leader, and certified PAOC coach. She is passionate about coaching because it is a powerful tool that brings transformation through meaningful conversations.<\/span><\/p>

Anne has been a certified coach of the John F. Caplin method since 2015.<\/p>

She has been director of the Women of Vision ministry at DQ since 2008 and contributes to the training of our certified coaches.<\/p>

She is involved in her local church, the CCH (Centre Chr\u00e9tien H\u00e9ritage) in St-J\u00e9r\u00f4me. She offers coaching support to her fellow leaders and leads Zoe courses for the women of the congregation.<\/p>

She is a graduate of the IBQ and an ordained minister of the APDC.<\/p>

Anne has various areas of expertise and coaching specialties. She specializes in personal transitions such as growth through the seasons of life, optimal health (spiritual, mental, emotional and physical), development and fulfilment. She also helps leaders equip themselves for the next season and define the next steps. Ministerial transitions (new role, new church, the art of delegation, establishing healthy ministerial relationships, empowering team members), project planning (creating local, regional, and provincial events, creating resources, writing a book), and relationship development (recognizing priorities and learning to respect them, managing conflict with confidence and navigating difficult conversations, couple life at its best) are other areas in which Anne expertly coaches leaders.<\/p>

Maximization and activation are innate strengths in Anne that enable her to propel others towards their future. She offers active listening and a calm presence.<\/p>

Since 1975, Pierre has served as a pastor, leader of the Pentecostal Churches of Quebec, military chaplain, and founder of SIS Leadership. His passion is to inspire and empower leaders and churches\/organizations.<\/p>

He does this by fostering trusting relationships, increasing networking and partnerships between ministries that influence community transformation, enriching the lives of their members, and fostering a strong identity in the Kingdom of God.<\/p>

Bruno is the senior pastor at \u00c9glise Source de Vie in Gatineau. He holds a degree from the Institut Biblique du Qu\u00e9bec and is the director of the men’s ministry for French-speaking churches.<\/p>

Paul T\u00e9treault has been the Assistant Superintendent of the Quebec District of the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada<\/strong> since its inception in 2000.<\/p>

Paul graduated from Coll\u00e8ge Biblique Qu\u00e9bec (now IBQ)<\/strong> in 1985. He then served on the pastoral team of the Assembl\u00e9e du Plein \u00c9vangile de LaSalle<\/strong> as an associate pastor until 1990. He then served as Assistant to the Director of Church Ministries for the Eastern Ontario and Quebec District<\/strong> for seven years, being responsible for all events organized in Quebec.<\/p>

In 1997, he assumed the pastorate of the Church of New Hope<\/strong> until his election as Assistant Superintendent in 1999.<\/p>

Paul truly desires that workers not minister alone within the District and aspires to see incumbents and leaders grow in their ministry and calling. Coaching remains the aspect of life in the District Department that most fascinates him, and the expression of this passion is coaching.<\/p>

In 2012, he established the vision for coaching within the District and has been regularly coaching pastors and leaders since 2016. He greatly enjoys coaching and has benefited from this service himself regularly since 2012.<\/p>

He has been married to Chantal<\/strong> for 35 years and is the father of adult twins, Karina<\/strong> and David<\/strong>. For several years, he attended Vie Abondante Church in Quebec City and now works at the Portneuf Evangelical Center.<\/p>

John Ippolito serves as the Secretary-Treasurer of the Quebec District of the PAOC and is the Founding Pastor of the Laval Christian Assembly.<\/p>

Raised in Toronto, Ontario, John grew up with a strong Christian heritage. Since 1981, he and his wife Kathryn have been dedicated to full-time ministry. Both graduated from Eastern Pentecostal Bible College in Peterborough, Ontario. After graduation, they spent three years (1981\u20131984) as missionaries in central Italy, ministering in a pioneer church and sharing the gospel through open-air campaigns, tent meetings, and preaching across the country.<\/p>

Upon returning to Canada, John served in various pastoral and ministry roles. In 1992, he led the planting of the Laval Christian Assembly while working bi-vocationally as a consultant and later as a Project Manager for a major communications corporation.<\/p>

In 2001, John began serving as a Presbyter with the Quebec District. Two years later, in 2003, he was elected as Secretary-Treasurer, a position he continues to hold. Over the years, he faithfully pastored the Laval Christian Assembly for 32 years while serving the District for more than two decades.<\/p>
