Chantale has been a social worker since 2001. She started her business, Azur Famille, in 2015.
Passionate and fascinated by human beings and their development, Chantale believes in the potential of each individual. She draws on her gentleness, her strong listening skills, and her ability to build trusting relationships with both adults and children.
Azur Famille, a family coaching company, was born from Chantale’s desire to work with families facing challenges, to support them, and to equip them to improve their family dynamics. Over the years, she and her colleagues have developed expertise with different clienteles and in different spheres.
Family Coaching: Personalized support that allows for a precise observation of the issues experienced in the family environment. Understanding the situation and implementing an action plan.
Parental Coaching: Whether it’s to help the parental team overcome challenges within the family or to equip each parent in their parental role (or both!), Azur Famille invests in each parent to help them develop their full potential. This is a support service to better intervene with the child while respecting each parent’s values.
Couples Coaching: We take the time to analyze the couple’s needs, guiding them toward goals to improve their future. We focus on sustainable solutions that allow the couple’s dynamic to be more fulfilling and thus have a positive impact on the family.
Oncology Coaching: Support for each family member, whether at the time of diagnosis, during, or even after treatment (remission or bereavement). Given that everyone experiences the disease differently, the approach is tailored to each individual, respecting their pace.
To provide this type of support, the entire team offers personalized services at home or via videoconference. The counselors will help each person involved better understand the situation they are experiencing, thus helping them tap into the best within themselves. These concrete tools are tailored to the needs of each clientele, ensuring that the families and couples they support can take flight and move on to new horizons.
